the end of May at Ascension School from 7:00pm - 9:00pm
Last half hour (optional) will be used for Fellowship - Activity - Discipleship 8:30 - 9:00

History
In September of 1976, Bishop Edward Donovan, established the 3rd ministry of the Community of the Crucified One. This ministry was to go and minister to the youth of today to give them a hope in Jesus Christ. From its humble beginnings the youth ministry has grown and has helped thousands of young adults find a new way and life in the truth. Many of the Priests and vowed Franciscans of the Community also have come to know and serve the Lord through this ministry.

For over 25 years now, the young adults ministry has also held summer camps which the youth can learn, fellowship and grow in faith with others. These teenagers come from Hawaii, California, Vermont, Connecticut, Florida and all over the United States to hear the word of God and experience God's love for them.

Youth ministry is held once a week and the camps are held every year. If you would like to attend or are interested in helping the youth, you can contact Fr. Benedict Gloss at (412) 977-5328 for more information.
